University of Limerick Boathouse, Plassey, Limerick

1900m2 Boathouse including indoor training to simulate various weather and water conditions accommodating up to 16 rowers at a time.

The building includes a launch jetty, pontoon and a café area on the river bank.

Scope of Work: Distribution, Lighting, Access Control, General Services & Fire Alarm.
