Nursing Home Extension & Refurbishment
Construction and fit-out of a new 120 bed nursing home extension, and the refurbishment of the existing 80 bed nursing home, to provide new offices, convent and accommodation together with associated siteworks. The works are carried out on the site of the live tenanted care home and also include significant demolition works required to existing buildings and phasing required to keep the current nursing home fully operational.

Electrical scope of work: LV Distribution, General Services, Lighting & Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm, ICT & TV, Disabled Refuge Alarm, Access Control, Backup Generator & Lightning Protection.
