Leixlip United was officially formed in 1969, the clubs fields teams from Under 8 up to Senior. The club grounds are located in the Leixlip Amenities Centre. Leixlip United compete in the Leinster Senior League.

Design & build of a 300 lux sports floodlighting solution for full size Fifa 1* synthetic soccer pitch complete with:
- 18m Musco LSG Static columns
- 1500W LSG Fixtures
- Powered by a 88kVA generator.
