World-class outdoor sports facility which includes 6 new LED floodlit playing pitches, 1.6km looped walking trail, 400m athletics track and a pavilion building, including changing rooms, meeting rooms and ancillary space.
Project Details
Electrical scope of work:
Design & Build LED sports lighting solution;
- 2 GAA pitches – 500 lux & 350 lux
- 2 Soccer Pitches – 250 lux
- 2 Rugby Pitches – 200 lux
- 400m Athletics Track – 250 lux
The project delivered 50% more energy efficiency than the equivalent metal halide technology.
